A well-laid-out Quality Assurance Plan right from raw material procurement to delivery ensures that only quality products leave our shop floor. A fully equipped Materials Testing Lab & Mechanical Testing Lab exercise rigid control over all incoming raw materials. Our state of the art Metallurgical Laboratory boasts an Atomic Absorption Spectrometer that can measure even Carbon and Boron to a very high level of accuracy.		An Image Analyser with Digital Microscope analyses percentage and distribution of carbides. Wear testing lab with ASTM G 65 Dry Abrasion Test Rig and ASTM G 76 Air jet Erosion Test Rig stimulates abrasive and erosive environment and confirms that properties of our wear plates are strictly as per design. A Digital Hardness Tester completes the wear testing lab.
